IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module for Arduino Raspberry Pi
Description
- MOSFET Power Control: Equipped with a high-power IRF520 N-Channel MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) to efficiently switch high-current loads.
- Low Trigger Voltage: Operates with a low trigger voltage (typically 3.3V to 5V), making it compatible with popular microcontrollers like Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
- LED Indicator: Includes an LED indicator that provides a visual signal when the MOSFET is activated (turned on).
- Screw Terminal Connections: Features screw terminal connectors for easy and secure electrical connections to your load and power supply.
- Header Pins: Typically includes header pins for easy interfacing with microcontroller boards and other electronics.
- Heat Sink: Some models may come with a built-in heat sink or a heat sink connection to dissipate heat generated during high-current operation.
- Protection Diode: Includes a flyback diode (also known as a freewheeling diode) to protect against voltage spikes generated by inductive loads.
