KY-017 Tilt Mercury Sensor Module
Description
- Tilt Sensing: The module contains a mercury switch, which is a small glass tube with a droplet of mercury inside. When the module is tilted beyond a specific angle, the mercury flows to one end of the tube, making or breaking an electrical connection.
- Digital Output: The KY-017 module provides a digital output signal that switches between HIGH (1) and LOW (0) when a tilt event occurs.
- Compatible with Arduino and Other Microcontrollers: This module can be easily integrated with Arduino and other microcontroller platforms. It operates on 3.3V or 5V logic levels, making it suitable for various projects involving these platforms.
- Compact Design: The KY-017 Tilt Mercury Sensor Module is typically small and can be conveniently mounted or attached to objects.
- Low Power Consumption: These modules are designed to be energy-efficient and are suitable for battery-powered applications.
